RMA Processing

The fastest way to communicate is by contacting the manufacturer directly, provided the manufacturer offers direct service (see also  Manufacturer Direct Service)

Of course, you can also contact us for processing. It is important to observe the following instructions:

Before sending in the goods, please request an RMA number using our online RMA form as part of the warranty process, and enclose a copy of the invoice with the defective goods.

Please note:
Incorrect deliveries, shortfalls, and transport damage are not subject to the RMA request!

As we need to contact the respective manufacturer to verify and resolve defective product claims, please understand that this may take some time. Depending on the manufacturer, there are fundamental differences in the warranty process, including either direct replacement or repair.
