Transport damage handling

Quick help with transport damage and missing items in the package!

Please note:

→  In any case, leave the goods and the shipping carton unchanged.
→  Do not use the product under any circumstances.
→  Report the damage immediately, i.e. within 24 hours


Obviously damaged or re-glued packaging must be noted on the delivery documents upon acceptance of the shipment and countersigned by the driver.
 

If the driver refuses to note the damage, it is best to refuse to accept the package.
