Terms of Delivery and Payment

First Order

To ensure that your first order is processed quickly and smoothly, please send the following documents together with your order to:

Required Documents:

1. Trade license or extract from the commercial register
2. Your written order
3. Company letterhead with your current address, telephone, and fax number
4. Name of the responsible purchaser
   
   Once you have been added to our customer database, your contact person will contact you immediately and process your order.

Terms of Payment

Payments are due upon receipt of the goods in accordance with the agreed terms.
The SEPA direct debit procedure can be agreed upon request.
Delivery on account is also possible if a corresponding limit is set by our factoring partner and approved by our credit control department.

Warranty

All products purchased from api are of course covered by the statutory warranty period of 24 months.

api GmbH supplies resellers or customers registered with a valid trade license.

Dispatch

Care and reliability are our top priorities when selecting our shipping service providers.
Our highly automated system selects the optimal provider based on various parameters.
We ship goods with the following carriers:

• Dachser
• DHL
• DPD
• FedEx (including 08:00 / 10:00 / 12:00 express services)
• GLS
• Trans-o-Flex
• UPS (including express services)

A forwarding agent is commissioned for larger deliveries.
All shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You are also welcome to collect your paid goods from our premises:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
Please note that on-site payment is not possible.
You will be notified separately once your order is ready for collection.
